Role & responsibilities

Order Processing & Billing
- Process customer orders in the ERP/SAP system after obtaining the required approvals
- Generate accurate invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, and other dispatch-related documents.
- Process sales returns in the system as per approved SOPs.
- Ensure all billing activities are completed accurately and within defined timelines.

Warehouse Operations
- Execute warehouse operations in compliance with SOPs, GDP, and company policies.
- Ensure timely dispatch of customer orders as per committed service levels.
- Coordinate with warehouse, transporters, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Perform material reconciliation before dispatch by following the PickerChecker–Maker process.
- Prepare loading and unloading reports and submit them to the Warehouse Supervisor.

Inventory Management
- Conduct daily stock verification and monthly cycle counts.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and investigate stock variances.
- Record shortages, excess stock,



and damaged inventory in the system after obtaining necessary approvals.
- Maintain inventory of packing materials to ensure uninterrupted warehouse operations.

Inward Operations
- Verify incoming materials against supporting documents.
- Perform Goods Receipt Note (GRN) in SAP within the defined timeline.
- Report shortages, excess quantities, damages, or quality concerns to the QA/SCM team immediately.

Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain all warehouse documentation, operational checklists, and records accurately.
- Ensure inward, outward, and security registers are updated daily.
- Maintain proper filing of operational documents for audit readiness.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, GDP, EHS guidelines, and 5S workplace standards.

Reporting & MIS
- Prepare and circulate Daily Pending Order Reports to SCM and Sales teams.
- Generate Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports for management.
