Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all operational activities across Maharashtra.
- Coordinate with all Supervisors and monitor daily manpower deployment and work performance.
- Ensure smooth execution of client projects and operational activities.
- Monitor attendance, discipline, productivity, and manpower requirements.
- Handle client coordination and resolve operational issues.
- Conduct regular site visits and ensure compliance with company and client requirements.
- Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Coordinate with the HR, Accounts, and Tender teams as required.
