The ideal candidate should be capable of leading projects from concept to execution while managing clients, mentoring junior designers, and delivering outstanding design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Develop innovative and aesthetically robust design concepts for residential and commercial projects.

•⁠ ⁠Lead projects from concept design through execution and final handover.

•⁠ ⁠Create mood boards, space planning, furniture layouts, material palettes, and design presentations.

•⁠ ⁠Prepare detailed working drawings, construction drawings, and furniture details using AutoCAD.





•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with clients, vendors, consultants, contractors, and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.

•⁠ ⁠Conduct client meetings, understand design requirements, and present creative solutions confidently.

•⁠ ⁠Lead, mentor, and manage a team of junior designers to ensure timely project delivery.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with the execution team to ensure design intent is maintained on-site.

•⁠ ⁠Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, finishes, lighting, furniture, and luxury interiors.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure projects are delivered within timelines while maintaining the highest design standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications

•⁠ ⁠*5+ years of experience* in Residential and Commercial Interior Design.

•⁠ ⁠Strong design aesthetics with an excellent understanding of luxury interiors.

•⁠ ⁠Exceptional space planning and conceptual design skills.
