Role Description




The Product Design & Development – In-charge role is a full-time, on-site position based in Verna. This role oversees the end-to-end design and development of assigned products, from concept and user requirement gathering through prototyping, validation, and handover to manufacturing. The position involves leading design activities, coordinating with R&D;, engineering, quality, and production teams, and ensuring that product specifications meet performance, safety, and regulatory standards. The In-charge is responsible for translating market and customer insights into practical product features, managing design documentation, and driving continuous improvements in usability, manufacturability, and cost efficiency. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing design proposals, guiding user supervising visual and product design work, and supporting cross-functional teams during testing and ramp-up phases.
