Summary

Pradman Engineering Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an
Expeditor Engineer
to join our manufacturing team in
Rajkot
. The role involves coordinating with vendors, production, purchase, and quality teams to ensure timely execution of manufacturing activities and on-time deliveries. The ideal candidate should have experience in vendor follow-ups, production tracking, and manufacturing coordination, with the ability to proactively resolve delays and maintain smooth operational flow.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for timely execution of manufacturing activities.
- Track production progress and monitor order status.
- Follow up on purchase orders, material availability, and manufacturing schedules.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Coordinate activities across machining, fabrication, and production teams.
- Identify production delays and support corrective actions.




- Maintain expediting reports and related documentation.
- Support quality and inspection activities whenever required.

Qualifications

Education
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / B.E. Mechanical

Experience
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or machining setting.
- Experience in machining, fabrication, forging, or casting industries is preferred.

Skills
- Engineering drawing reading
- Manufacturing process knowledge
- Vendor coordination and follow-up
- Documentation and reporting
- Microsoft Excel and MS Office
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
