Position Summary

The
Process Design Engineer
will be responsible for creating and optimizing
process designs




for water and wastewater treatment systems including municipal and industrial applications. The role covers
process calculations, sizing, equipment selection, PFDs/P&IDs;
, and technical support for tenders and engineering projects. You will contribute to sustainable, high-performance treatment solutions aligned with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Process Design & Engineering
- Develop detailed process designs for WTP/ETP/STP systems incorporating
mass balance, hydraulics, retention times, sludge flows, and recycle flow calculations
.
- Size and optimize key treatment equipment such as:
- Tube Settlers
- MBBR Reactors
- Clarifiers
- Decanter Centrifuges
- Aeration & Diffuser Systems
- Prepare
Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), P&IDs;
, and hydraulic calculation documentation.

2. Tender & Proposal Engineering
- Review technical specifications and tender documents.
- Prepare
technical proposals, design basis, process datasheets, and compliance matrices
