Job Summary

At G3 Renewables we are looking for a Corporate Liaison Executive who is responsible for building and maintaining solid relationships with government authorities, municipal corporations, environmental agencies, industry associations, and regulatory bodies. The role ensures timely statutory approvals, environmental compliance, project coordination, and stakeholder engagement to support the organization's food waste management and sustainability initiatives.

Government & Regulatory Liaison
- Coordinate with Pollution Control Boards, Municipal Corporations, Food Safety Authorities, and other government departments.
- Obtain and renew environmental clearances, licenses, permits, and statutory approvals.
- Liaise with local authorities regarding food waste collection, transportation, processing, and disposal permissions.

Sustainability & Compliance
- Support implementation of ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with Solid Waste Management Rules, Food Waste Management regulations, and environmental laws.
- Maintain records of permits,



approvals, compliance reports, and sustainability documentation.
- Assist in preparing sustainability reports and regulatory submissions.

Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with NGOs, environmental organizations, consultants, and industry associations.
- Maintain effective communication with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Organize awareness programs and sustainability campaigns.
- Handle official correspondence with government and corporate partners.

Documentation & Administration
- Draft official letters, applications, proposals, and reports.
- Track renewal dates for statutory licenses and environmental permits.
- Maintain a centralized database of contracts, approvals, and regulatory documents.
- Prepare presentations and management reports.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Public Administration, Commerce, Law, Sustainability, Sociology
