- Maintain a fun, safe, and clean environment for both team members and guests, ensuring the Centre adheres to all required compliance and safety standards as outlined in the FUN BLOCK Safety Standards.
- Ensure that all Marketing, Operational, Employee Motivation, and other Corporate Office initiatives are clearly communicated, understood, and effectively executed within Fun Block.
- Stay thoroughly informed about the products or services offered, enabling you to effectively guide both staff and customers.
- Interact with internal teams to discuss strategies, to drive business objectives.
- Inspire and motivate the team to achieve sales targets while maintaining high morale and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Utilize data and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track Centre and staff performance, ensuring continuous improvement and optimal results.
- Lead the daily operations of Fun Block by consistently delivering remarkable customer satisfaction and adhering to all company policies and operational procedures.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Handling the guest complaints and resolving them professionally in an efficient and prompt manner or escalating it.
- Captivate both children and adults by creating an exceptional Centre setup and presenting engaging educational activities. Build strong guest relationships and promote your center as an elite Fun Block destination, ensuring an unforgettable experience for all visitors.
People Management:
- Motivate, mentor, and collaborate with the team members by exemplifying the significance of the guest experience. Set transparent expectations, align individual goals with our company's mission and values, and foster a culture of excellence.
