About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Head Fintech ERP to lead our ERP sales function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building high-performing sales teams, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding the company's ERP business across SMEs, enterprises, NBFCs, banks, and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the sales strategy to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Build, lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing ERP sales team.
- Identify new business opportunities across manufacturing, retail, distribution, healthcare, education, logistics, hospitality, and other enterprise segments.
- Generate and close enterprise ERP opportunities through direct sales, channel partners, and strategic alliances.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle, including prospecting, presentations, solution demonstrations, proposal preparation, negotiations, and deal closure.
- Collaborate with the product, implementation, and customer success teams to ensure seamless project execution.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, business owners, CFOs, CIOs, and key decision-makers.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and revenue projections.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop channel partner networks and strategic alliances to accelerate market expansion.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term client retention.
- Drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities across the customer base.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
