In this role, you will bridge the gap between software development and systems engineering, ensuring our large-scale production environments are stable, scalable, and highly resilient.

Key Responsibilities
- Infrastructure & System Reliability: Monitor, maintain, and optimize core infrastructure to ensure maximum availability, reliability, and performance of production environments.
- Incident Management & Troubleshooting: Respond to production incidents, perform deep-dive root cause analysis (RCA), and implement long-term preventative fixes to mitigate future downtime.
- Automation & Scripting: Design and build automation tools and scripts to streamline deployment processes,



eliminate manual operational tasks, and manage infrastructure as code.
- CI/CD Pipeline Support: Collaborate with development teams to optimize continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for seamless software delivery.
- Capacity Planning & Scaling: Monitor system resource utilization, project future infrastructure demands, and scale systems proactively to handle fluctuating user traffic.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure production environments strictly adhere to enterprise security protocols, access controls, and industry compliance standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Proven experience working as a Production Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), Systems Engineer, or in a similar production operations role.
- Operating Systems & Linux: Expert-level proficiency in managing, configuring, and troubleshooting Linux/Unix environments.
