Keemti Jewels is a premium diamond and fine jewellery brand selling across our own Shopify store, Amazon, Myntra and other marketplaces. We're looking for a detail-obsessed Ecommerce Operations Executive to own our order-to-dispatch engine and keep our inventory audit-tight.
What you'll own
1. Manage order processing and dispatch across Shopify, Amazon, Myntra, and other marketplaces, including invoicing, labelling, courier coordination, and SLA-based dispatch.
2. Handle inventory management, including stock inward and outward, ERP/OMS updates, SKU, size, metal colour, weight, and certificate verification while maintaining 100% inventory accuracy.
3. Coordinate with manufacturing, warehouse, customer support, logistics partners, and marketplace teams to ensure smooth operations.
4. Ensure secure handling of high-value jewellery, maintaining chain of custody, maker-checker verification, secure storage, and complete documentation for every stock movement.
5. Perform packing and quality checks, ensuring correct SKU, certificate matching, premium packaging, tamper-proof sealing,
and a flawless customer unboxing experience.
6. Process customer returns and reverse logistics, including unboxing videos, QC inspection, inventory updates, and tracking return cases until closure.
7. Maintain packing and return video records as per SOP using fixed CCTV/tabletop cameras for audit and claim purposes.
8. Conduct daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly inventory audits, reconcile stock variances, and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.
9. Maintain accurate operational records, including dispatch, inventory, returns, sample movements, and marketplace claims.
10. Ensure strict adherence to company SOPs and leverage Unicommerce OMS/WMS for productive order fulfilment, inventory management, and return processing.
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in Ecommerce Operations, Inventory, or Warehouse Management.
Experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Myntra, and
