- Proven experience with ServiceNow platform, specifically the CMDB module and its capabilities (CMDB Health, Discovery, Common Service Data Model - CSDM).
- Solid understanding of ITIL principles, particularly Configuration Management, Service Asset and Configuration Management (SACM).
- Experience in data modeling, data governance, and data quality management for large-scale IT environments.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure components (servers, networks, cloud services, applications) and how they are represented and related within a CMDB.
- Knowledge of data integration patterns and tools.
- Demonstrated solid capability in designing data models, workflows, and formalizing comprehensive documentation related to CMDB.
- Certifications: ITIL v4 certified.
