Role Description
The Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This role involves managing customer inquiries, explaining tour packages and safari options, and guiding guests through the booking process both in person and via phone or digital channels. The Sales Associate will maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and customer details, while coordinating with operations and resort partners to ensure a smooth guest experience.



Day-to-day tasks include preparing quotations, following up on leads, building relationships with travel agents and direct customers, and providing clear, respectful communication to support guests before and after their trips. The role also includes basic administrative tasks, updating sales reports, and contributing ideas to improve sales processes and marketing activities.

Qualifications
- Customer service and sales skills, including the ability to engage with guests, understand their needs, and offer suitable tour and safari options.
- Communication skills, with strong spoken and written English and Hindi, and the ability to explain packages and processes clearly and professionally.
- Organizational and administrative skills, such as handling bookings, maintaining records, managing schedules, and following up on leads.
- Basic digital and marketing skills, including familiarity with email,
