Position Title
- BIM Modeler - Mechanical

Location
- Chennai / Trichy, India

Experience: 2 +Years
- Immediate Joiners were preferred

Key Responsibilities: (Mechanical Modelers)
- Set up Revit MEP projects using established project templates.
- Create accurate mechanical models in Revit, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project BIM Execution Plan.
- Interpret design drawings based on written and verbal instructions from design engineers.
- Work with both customer-provided and in-house drawings.
- Generate plan sections, detailed drawings, spool sheets, bill of materials, hanger lists, Total Station files, and more.
- Manage files effectively, including posting models, downloading updates, handling links, and maintaining version history.
- Collaborate with other trades, attend coordination meetings, and produce necessary reports.
- Assist in identifying and resolving clashes in coordination models.
- Develop detailed field installation drawings and fabrication drawings.
- Offer technical support for ongoing projects and field services.
- Coordinate and prepare as-built models and drawings for record-keeping.
