hands-on IT Service Management Specialist
with strong expertise in
Major Incident Management, Problem Management,
and
ITIL4 Service Management
. This is an excellent prospect for professionals who have worked in enterprise IT environments and can drive service excellence while collaborating with global stakeholders.

? Location: Gurgaon (Client Office – 2 Days/Week)

? Employment Type: Contract (6 Months, Extendable)

? Experience: 5–10 Years (Minimum 5-6 Years in IT Service Management)

Qualifications
- Must have - Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- ITIL Foundation / ITIL4 certification preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate P1/P2 Major Incidents, ensuring timely resolution and effective stakeholder communication.
- Drive ITIL-based Problem Management, including Root Cause Analysis (RCA), 5 Whys, preventive actions, and service improvements.
- Monitor and improve SLA compliance, MTTA, MTTR, and Service Management KPIs.
- Prepare executive dashboards, incident summaries, and service performance reports for senior leadership.
- Collaborate with global technical teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Leverage AI tools and automation to improve reporting, operational efficiency, and service management processes.
