Experience (Mandatory)
- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in the Cleanroom industry.
- At least 5 years in a Design Head, Design Manager, or Senior Design Engineer role.
- Only candidates with Cleanroom industry experience will be considered.
Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the complete Design Department for Cleanroom and Modular Projects.
- Prepare and review manufacturing drawings, GA drawings, fabrication drawings, and assembly drawings.
- Coordinate with Sales, Projects, Production, Planning, Purchase, and QA/QC teams.
- Ensure all drawings are released as per project schedule.
- Standardize product designs and develop design libraries.
- Optimize product designs for manufacturability and cost reduction.
- Resolve technical issues related to design and manufacturing.
- Guide and mentor the design team to improve productivity and quality.
- Ensure compliance with client specifications, GMP, ISO, and project requirements.
Required Technical Skills (Mandatory)
- Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD and SolidWorks (or equivalent 3D CAD software).
- Robust experience in sheet metal design and fabrication drawings.

- Cleanroom Panels
- Cleanroom Doors & Windows
- Air Showers
- Dynamic & Static Pass Boxes
- Ceiling Systems
- HVAC Accessories
- Modular Cleanroom Systems
- Ability to generate DXF files for manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of sheet metal development, bend allowance, tolerances, and fabrication standards.
- Hands-on knowledge of AMADA CNC Punching Machine requirements.
- Hands-on knowledge of TRUMPF Laser Cutting Machine requirements.
- Understanding of CNC Punch and Laser programming requirements for smooth production.
- Ability to coordinate with Production for design optimization and manufacturability.
