Job Description: We are looking for a Finacle L2 Support professional with 4+ years of experience in Finacle operations and production support. The candidate will be responsible for managing End of Day (EOD) and Beginning of Day (BOD) activities, monitoring banking operations, troubleshooting production issues, and ensuring smooth functioning of the Finacle Core Banking platform.Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and monitor Finacle EOD/BOD processes.
- Provide L1/L2 support for Finacle Core Banking applications.
- Analyze and resolve application and batch processing issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for incident management.
- Monitor system performance and ensure service availability.
- Support user queries,



data validation, and operational activities.
- Maintain operational documents and process reports.

Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience in Finacle Core Banking.
- Robust knowledge of EOD/BOD activities and batch management.
- Experience in production support and incident handling.
- Basic SQL and database knowledge.
- Knowledge of banking operations and transaction processing.
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred:
- Experience in banking or financial services domain.
- Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments.
