Join our dynamic HR Technology team as a Kronos Functional Consultant – Workforce Management (WFM) and take charge of optimizing, configuring, and integrating UKG/Kronos WFM solutions. This role is key to ensuring our systems align with operational and compliance requirements and to improving efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- :Collaborate with business stakeholders across Operations, HR, and Payroll to gather and translate WFM requirements into scalable Kronos configurations
- .Lead the functional design, configuration, and testing of essential elements including pay rules, accrual profiles, and schedules
- .Provide ongoing production support, troubleshoot system issues, and coordinate with vendors when necessary
- .Conduct comprehensive system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination to ensure minimal disruption to business operations
- .Document functional requirements, test cases, and configuration change logs in compliance with governance protocols
- .Monitor Kronos system performance and recommend improvements to enhance user experience and process efficiency

O) Functional Consultant, with a particular emphasis on the timekeeping modul
- e.Deep understanding of timekeeping, scheduling, pay rules, and compliance workflows specifically in Kronos Dimension
- s.Proven ability to accurately gather requirements and deliver hands-on configuration solution
- s.Experience in end-to-end testing and troubleshooting processes within Krono
- s.Solid knowledge of HR and Payroll processes as they relate to time and attendance managemen
