Role Description
The Oracle BRM Support Engineer (Remote) is a full-time role responsible for providing advanced technical and functional support for Oracle Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) systems. Day-to-day tasks include investigating and resolving incidents, diagnosing performance and configuration issues,



and troubleshooting integration points with related applications and services. The role involves monitoring system health, analyzing logs, applying patches or fixes, and collaborating with development, operations, and vendor teams to implement sustainable solutions. The engineer will respond to customer and internal stakeholder requests, document root causes and resolution steps, and contribute to knowledge bases and support procedures. This remote position requires effective communication, clear documentation, and proactive participation in on-call rotations or scheduled maintenance activities as needed.

Qualifications
- 3-7 years of Oracle BRM Support experience is required
- Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills, with experience diagnosing complex issues in Oracle BRM or similar billing and revenue systems.
