2. Deep understanding of: a. Wi-Fi standards (802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax) b. RF fundamentals, modulation, interference, roaming c. Wireless security (WPA2/WPA3, 802.1X, EAP types) d. Site survey tools like Ekahau, AirMagnet.
3. Manage installation of the new Wireless Access Points (Cisco)
4. Manage Wireless LAN technical issues through resolution
5. Identify and implement improvements to enhance wireless network performance
6. Should be ready to work in 24X7 Shifts
7. Ability to work on multiple concurrent tasks with conflicting priorities
Good-To-Have

Good Knowledge & Hands on experience on Cisco WLCs.
2. ITIL Certification.
3. Technical Certifications such as Cisco CCNP Enterprise Wireless, Cisco CWNA/CWNP and Ekahau ESS Certification.
