Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Valsad. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing clients, understanding their investment needs, and recommending appropriate financial products and solutions. Your daily tasks will include generating leads, building relationships, conducting sales calls and meetings, and providing product knowledge and support.
You will also collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships and strong interpersonal communication skills
- Experience in sales, client engagement, or business development
- Solid understanding of financial products or services, with knowledge of investment strategies and market trends
- Effective problem-solving, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment and meet sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools is an advantage
- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
