Role Description
This full-time, in office role is based in Agra and covers responsibilities at the General Manager / Assistant Vice President / Deputy General Manager level within the Accounts function. The role involves overseeing the overall accounts,



finance, and reporting activities, including monitoring ledgers, finalizing accounts, and ensuring timely preparation of financial statements. The individual will supervise statutory compliances such as taxation, GST, TDS, and other regulatory requirements, in coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing budgets, cost controls, cash flows, and project-wise financial performance, as well as supporting audits and internal controls. The role also requires close collaboration with senior leadership to provide accurate financial insights, assist in strategic decision-making, and continuously improve accounting processes and systems.
