Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 6 months of recruitment experience in EdTech sales hiring.
- Must not be currently pursuing any education.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have a personal laptop/desktop with a stable internet connection.

Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client hiring requirements and recruitment needs.
- Source suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening interviews.




- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
- Stay updated on recruitment trends and sourcing techniques.
- Share regular hiring updates with the management team.

Required Skills:
- Good understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Strong sourcing and screening skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment platforms.
