Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) processes to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues, improving overall product reliability and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct root cause analysis for defects, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Analyze data from various sources to optimize production planning, reduce waste, and improve efficiency.
Job Requirements :
- 10-30 years of experience in automotive industry or related field.
- Solid understanding of APQP principles, including planning, execution, monitoring & control.
- Proven track record in project management with ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
