for a Head of Sales
to drive Supernova’s growth by identifying, engaging, and converting founders and early-stage businesses that need the right team to bring their vision to life.

This is not a transactional sales role. You will work directly with founders to understand their ambitions and challenges, identify what is holding them back, and position Supernova as the team that can help them move from

dea to execution — and from execution to growth.

The Role

As the
Head of Sales — Supernova
, you will own the entire sales journey — from prospecting and discovery to pitching, negotiation, and closure.





You will be expected to build a strong pipeline of qualified founders and early-stage businesses, understand their business needs, recommend the right Supernova solution, and close high-value engagements.

This is a high-ownership, target-driven role for someone confident selling
technology services, business solutions, investment-raising support, and other premium consultative offerings,
and who thrives in a fast-moving startup environment

What You Will Own

Drive Sales & Revenue Growth
- Identify and prospect founders, entrepreneurs, early-stage businesses, and operators who could benefit from Supernova
- Generate current business through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, partnerships, events, and ecosystem engagement
- Pitch and sell Supernova’s offerings across:
- Product Development
- Branding & Brand Strategy
- Website Design & Development
- Investment Banking Support
- Own the complete sales cycle — from first conversation to signed eng
