This position is required to streamline and stabilize the SAP system across the organization.

The candidate will be responsible for driving the stabilization of the SAP landscape across the organization by ensuring system reliability, process consistency, and seamless business operations. The role will focus on identifying and resolving system issues, optimizing existing business processes, and enhancing user adoption to maximize the value of the SAP platform.

REQUIREMENTS

(a) 8–12 years of overall experience in SAP ERP, with at least 3–5 years in SAP S/4HANA implementation, stabilization, or support projects.

(b) Hands-on experience in post-go-live SAP stabilization, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

(c)Experience in managing SAP enhancements, change requests, customizations, and system upgrades.

(d) Robust understanding of end-to-end business processes across Finance, Procurement, Sales, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Master Data Management.





(e)Proven experience in identifying automation opportunities and implementing workflow or process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

(f) Experience in coordinating with business stakeholders, SAP consultants, and technical teams to translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions.

(g) Knowledge of SAP security, role-based authorizations, governance, and internal controls is preferred.

(h) Experience in preparing functional specifications, conducting user acceptance testing (UAT), and delivering end-user training.

(i) Exposure to SAP reporting, analytics, Fiori applications, and integration with third-party systems will be an added advantage.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION

(a) Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Commerce, Finance, or a related discipline.

(b) MBA or relevant SAP certification (SAP S/4HANA Functional/Technical Certification) will be preferred.
