Key Responsibilities:

· Manage end-to-end
logistics
operations, including transportation, warehousing, distribution, and inventory management.

· Ensure timely and cost-effective movement of goods across domestic and international supply chains.

· Develop and implement
logistics
strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.

· Coordinate with vendors, transporters, freight forwarders, and warehouse partners to ensure smooth operations.

· Monitor
logistics
KPIs and prepare periodic MIS reports for management review.

· Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

· Lead and mentor the
logistics
team, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.

· Resolve operational issues related to deliveries, transportation, inventory discrepancies, and customer escalations.

· Collaborate with procurement, supply chain, sales,



and finance teams to ensure seamless business operations.

· Identify opportunities for process automation and digital transformation within
logistics
functions.

Desired Candidate Profile:

· Graduate in Supply Chain Management,
Logistics
, Operations, Engineering, or related discipline. MBA/PGDM preferred.

· 8–15 years of experience in
logistics
, transportation, warehousing, and supply chain operations.

· Robust understanding of
logistics
planning, inventory control, warehouse management, and transportation management.

· Experience in handling 3PL vendors, freight management, and distribution networks.

· Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.

· Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
