Job Title: Business Finance Manager

Experience: 9 - 12 Years

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;):

Develop annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans for plant operations.

Analyze variances between actuals and forecasts; recommend corrective actions.

Cost Management:

Monitor and control manufacturing costs, including raw materials, labor, overhead, and energy consumption.

Implement cost-saving initiatives and track performance against targets.

Business Partnering:

Collaborate with plant managers, production teams, and supply chain to align financial goals with operational objectives.

Provide financial insights for capacity planning, capital investments, and efficiency projects.

Reporting & Compliance:

Prepare monthly, quarterly,



and annual financial reports for plant performance.

Ensure compliance with corporate policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

Performance Monitoring:

Track KPIs related to production efficiency, scrap rates, inventory turnover, and working capital.

Support continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing processes (Lean, Six Sigma).

Risk Management:

Identify financial risks in plant operations and develop mitigation strategies.

Support audits and internal controls to safeguard company assets.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

MBA in Finance / Chartered Accountant / CPA or equivalent.

Experience:

9+ years of experience in finance roles, with at least 3 years in manufacturing (preferably automotive).

Robust knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting, and financial modeling.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel.

Familiarity with automotive industry standards and lean
