Roles Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement business process automation solutions using IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW).

Develop and maintain BPMN workflows, Integration Services, and reusable Toolkits.

Configure and customize IBM FileNet Content Manager for enterprise document and content management.

Develop and manage document classes, property templates, folders, security, and metadata in FileNet.

Integrate IBM BAW with IBM FileNet for document capture, retrieval, storage, and workflow processing.

Develop integrations with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Java services, and messaging.

Design end-to-end business automation solutions involving workflow and document management.

Perform deployment, migration, and version management across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments.

Monitor and optimize workflow performance, troubleshoot production issues, and perform root cause analysis.





Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, code reviews, and technical design discussions.

Create technical documentation and support production releases.

Required Technical Skills 4 years of experience in IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) or IBM BPM. Hands-on experience with BPMN, Coaches, CSHS, Integration Services, Toolkits, and Process Applications. Solid experience with IBM FileNet Content Manager (P8). Experience with IBM Content Navigator (ICN) customization and configuration. Knowledge of Content Engine (CE), Process Engine (PE), and Application Engine (AE). Experience with FileNet Object Stores, Document Classes, Property Templates, Security, Storage Policies, and Event Actions. Experience integrating FileNet with IBM BAW. Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP web services. Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, Oracle/DB2/SQL Server. Experience with Git, Jenkins, Maven, CI/CD pipeline
