Job Description:
- Proven experience of 8-10 years as an SAP FICO consultant, architect, with a strong track record of successful project implementations.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, including configuration, customization, and integration.
- Experience in leading and managing teams, with excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to translate business requirements into effective SAP FICO solutions.
- Proven track record of successful S/4 HANA implementation projects.
- Expertise in Account Receivables (AR), Accounts Payables (AP), Finance (FI), Inter Company and Controlling (CO) processes.
- Expertise in FI Interfaces and Integration testing
- Familiarity with end-to-end project lifecycle methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- SAP certifications in relevant Finance or related modules are a plus.
- Experience with Lean IX and Signavio.
