Role & responsibilities:
- Develop bespoke training material and appropriate delivery methods for recent hires as well as new initiatives for existing staff.
- Identify training needs and devise improvement plans thru Innovative Coaching techniques/refreshers/Classroom / e-learning based Training techniques.
- Deliver relevant training programs under specified timelines. Ensure individual and organization wide training needs are fulfilled.
- Coordinate with Operations for successful implementation of training modules. Closely track progress and maintain records of all training activities.
- Monitor trainees progress and provide feedback to them and their managers on an ongoing basis from the classroom to the OJT Floor.
- Creating reports and training dashboards for the stakeholders.
- To play an active role in training the Trainers.
- Conduct RCA & Ensures that training materials and programs are current, accurate, and effective.
- Maintains knowledge of new methods and techniques for training, and training requirements applicable to the organization and/or industry.




- Identifies problems and opportunities such as operational changes or industry developments that training could improve.
- Conducts or facilitates required and recommended training sessions.
- Ensures that training milestones and goals are met
- Prepares and implements training budget.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Preferred candidate profile:
- A Bachelor's degree or related area is a must. MBA/Post graduate degree is preferred.
- TTT Certified is must .
- Knowledge of Articulate 360, Instructional Designing (ADDIE, Blooms Level), Transition are Adding Advantage .
- At least 10+ years of experience in training with a minimum of 4-5 years includes managing a Team, Design & Delivery content, facilitating programs, e-learning, Digitization are preferable.
- Well versed with US Healthcare, end to end knowledge of RCM.
- Expert level proficiency in core healthcare revenue cycle functions. incl
