About the Role

ManpowerGroup is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist Non-IT for an on-site Recruiter. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment for non-IT positions and partnering closely with hiring managers to meet business hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for Non-IT positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with stakeholders and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate candidate records in ATS.




- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce planning and hiring priorities.
- Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality of hire.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Non-IT Talent Acquisition.
- Experience hiring for the Construction, Infrastructure, Engineering, or related domains is preferred.
- Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience with job portals and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
