Role Overview

We are looking for a technical Product Manager for Electrical Systems to own the lifecycle, performance, and scalability of our charger’s electrical components (like the wiring harness) and the final customer installation ecosystem (including earthing, cabling, and sockets).

Key Responsibilities1. Technical Product Ownership & R&D; Advisory
- Component Ownership: Define and own the technical specifications for critical electrical components within the charger,



focusing on wiring harnesses, connectors, and internal distribution blocks.
- Tech Team Collaboration: Partner directly with the hardware and technology teams to evaluate component performance, recommending design or material changes based on field behavior and testing.
- Installation Architecture: Design, standardize, and optimize the final customer-side installation kit (including earthing layouts, protection devices, and cable management) to drive down deployment complexity and cost.

2. Standardization & Process Efficiency
- Technical Benchmarking: Work & maintain technical Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), engineering guidelines, and installation SOPs.
- Efficiency Engineering: Streamline the entire installation setup to reduce execution time, eliminate material wastage, and achieve a consistent "First-Time-Right" deployment at customer sites.
