Job Title: Key Account Manager (KAM) – Occupational Health Centre (OHC)

Job Summary

The OHC Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible for managing Occupational Health Centre (OHC) client accounts, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining solid client relationships, achieving service level agreements (SLAs), and coordinating with internal teams to ensure high-quality healthcare service delivery. The role focuses on client retention, operational excellence, compliance, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned OHC client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client representatives and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular client visits and review meetings.
- Ensure uninterrupted OHC operations across all assigned sites.
- Monitor manpower availability (Doctors, Staff Nurses, Ambulance Drivers, Paramedics, etc.).
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, replacements, and employee retention.




- Ensure compliance with statutory, contractual, and client-specific requirements.
- Resolve client escalations and operational issues within agreed timelines.
- Track and improve SLA and KPI performance.
- Coordinate with HR, Operations, Finance, Payroll, and Procurement teams.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly MIS reports.
- Monitor billing, attendance, payroll inputs, and invoice reconciliation.
- Identify opportunities for contract renewals, upselling, and business expansion.
- Support audits and ensure documentation is complete and up to date.
- Maintain high client satisfaction and employee engagement levels.
