We’re looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager who can build a strong brand presence, create engaging content, and drive growth across all social media platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities

Content Strategy

• Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars.

• Develop creative content ideas aligned with brand goals and campaigns.

• Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, and platform updates.

Content Creation

• Shoot and edit high-quality reels, short-form videos, and lifestyle content.

• Create aesthetically pleasing posts, carousels, and stories.

• Coordinate with influencers, moms, and creators for content production.

• Ensure all content maintains a premium and consistent brand identity.

Social Media Management

• Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms.

• Schedule and publish content consistently.

• Monitor comments, DMs, and community engagement.





• Increase followers organically through creative strategies.

Influencer & UGC Management

• Coordinate with influencers for content delivery.

• Manage UGC (User Generated Content) collection and organization.

• Repurpose influencer content into high-performing ads and organic posts.

Performance Tracking

• Track weekly and monthly KPIs including:

• Reach

• Engagement Rate

• Followers Growth

• Saves & Shares

• Video Watch Time

• Website Clicks

• Suggest improvements based on analytics.

Collaboration

• Work closely with the Meta Ads team to create ad creatives.

• Coordinate with the design and marketing teams for campaign launches.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions for new product launches.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing social media for D2C or e-commerce brands.

• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and Pinterest.

• Excellent knowledge of vi
