Role Description
The Finance & Administration Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Amersham. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day finance operations, including preparing and maintaining financial statements, supporting financial reporting, and assisting with tax-related processes such as Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance where applicable. The position involves monitoring expenses and revenues, reconciling accounts, and providing analytical insights to support budgeting and forecasting.



Administrative duties include maintaining accurate records, supporting vendor and supplier management, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements. The executive will collaborate with management to improve financial processes and contribute to efficient office operations.

Qualifications
- Strong foundational knowledge in Finance, with experience preparing and interpreting Financial Statements.
- Proficiency in Financial Reporting, including periodic reports, summaries, and performance analyses.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- Understanding of Goods and Services Tax (GST) and related compliance processes, where applicable.
- Relevant academic background such as a degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
