- Team handling and experience in Handle Performance Appraisal for the associates.
- Exposure working on US GAAP
- Stake holder management
- Develop solid AM group who can inturn develop their team committed to integrity and excellence in their deliverables.
- Exposure working on Public accounting
- Handling complex projects with minimal instruction or guidance.
- Computing and preparing metrics such as key performance indicators (KPI’s) and dashboards for client utilization.
- Exposure working on various domains -manufacturing , healthcare, retail, NPO, Government and Education
