Role Overview:

Finance Associate role is based in udaipur. Finance Associate will be responsible for supporting the organization's financial operations and ensuring accurate financial reporting,



compliance, and record management. The role involves assisting in budgeting, financial analysis, accounting processes, statutory compliance, audit coordination, and day-to-day finance activities. The Finance Associate will work closely with the Finance Manager and other departments to maintain financial efficiency and support business decision-making.

Key Responsbilities:
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, MIS reports, and variance analysis.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation laws, and statutory requirements.
- Assist in GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and other regulatory compliances.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audit processes.
- Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
