We are seeking an experienced Lift Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance, servicing, and smooth operation of elevators across residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate should have robust technical knowledge of lift systems, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and team management.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and supervise preventive and breakdown maintenance of lifts.
- Ensure uninterrupted and safe operation of elevators.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults.
- Coordinate with lift vendors, contractors, and OEMs for repairs and AMC services.
- Maintain maintenance records, service reports, and compliance documents.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory regulations.
- Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance schedules.
- Lead and guide maintenance technicians to achieve timely service completion.
- Attend emergency lift breakdowns and ensure quick resolution.
- Conduct regular inspections and recommend improvements to enhance lift performance.
Qualifications
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in lift/elevator maintenance.
- Knowledge of elevator control systems, motors, VFDs, sensors, and safety devices.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and troubleshoot lift systems.
- Good communication and team management skills.
Experience
- 3+ years in lift maintenance (Residential/Commercial buildings preferred).
