Role Description
This full-time, in office Social Media Community Executive role is based in New Delhi. The position involves managing and engaging with online communities across various social media platforms, responding to comments and messages, and nurturing positive interactions with learners and prospects. The executive will support content posting schedules, coordinate with the marketing team on campaigns, and assist in monitoring social media performance and feedback.



Day-to-day responsibilities include basic content drafting for posts, identifying opportunities to promote courses, tracking community queries, and sharing insights that help improve learner support and engagement.
