This is a unique prospect to work directly with the CHRO and help shape the future of the People organization. As the Chief of Staff, you will serve as a strategic partner to the CHRO, driving enterprise-wide talent, culture, leadership, and AI transformation initiatives.

This role goes beyond coordinationit is about turning strategy into execution. You will lead high-impact cross-functional programs, accelerate AI adoption across HR, build scalable operating rhythms, and partner with business leaders to deliver measurable outcomes.

What You'll Do

Strategic Partner to the CHRO
- Partner with the CHRO on strategic priorities, annual roadmaps, and long-term People transformation initiatives.
- Drive execution of enterprise HR priorities across Talent, Culture, Learning,



Leadership, Rewards, Employee Experience, and Organizational Effectiveness.
- Prepare executive presentations, board updates, leadership reviews, and strategic narratives.
- Track key priorities, risks, dependencies, and business outcomes.

Talent Strategy & Transformation
- Drive enterprise Talent Management initiatives including:
- Talent Reviews
- Succession Planning
- Leadership Development
- High-Potential Programs
- Career Architecture
- Internal Mobility
- Skills Transformation
- Partner with HRBPs and COEs to improve talent processes using data and AI.
- Build governance mechanisms to ensure timely execution and measurable impact.

Culture & Employee Experience
- Drive organization-wide culture initiatives aligned with business strategy.
- Support leadership communications and engagement programs.
- Partner with leaders to improve employee experience using data-driven insights.
