Role Description
The YouTube Channel Representative will manage Oliveboard’s YouTube presence and support its growth as a key channel for learner engagement and brand awareness. This full-time, in office role is based in Bengaluru and involves coordinating video production from concept to upload, including planning content calendars, collaborating with faculty and internal teams, and overseeing recording logistics.



The representative will handle day-to-day channel operations such as publishing videos, optimizing titles, thumbnails, and descriptions, managing playlists, and ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. The role also includes monitoring analytics, responding to audience comments, implementing YouTube best practices, and working with marketing teams to run campaigns, promotions, and live sessions that drive subscriptions and viewership.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Production and Video Editing to plan, coordinate, and refine high-quality educational content.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to collaborate with faculty, internal teams, and learners, and to represent the brand appropriately on the channel.
