Responsibilities:
- Lead talent acquisition strategy for retail & manufacturing divisions
- Collaborate with stakeholders on workforce planning
- Manage candidate pipeline through LinkedIn, Naukri & Database.
- We are a recruitment consulting firm specializing in Retail, Apparel, Manufacturing, and Export industries, partnering with leading domestic and international brands.As part of our expansion, we are also consolidating our operations by shifting our Dubai office.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple client mandates.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other job portals.
- Conduct candidate screening and initial interviews.Schedule interviews and coordinate with clients and candidates.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable talent.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases with accuracy.
- Build strong relationships with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
- What We're Looking For:




- Previous experience in recruitment or executive search.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good data management and organizational abilities.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to grow in a fast-paced workplace.
