Role Description
The Chartered Accountant – Group role at Arrakis Ventures is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The role involves managing group-level accounting, overseeing financial consolidation across entities, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. The Chartered Accountant will handle statutory compliance, audits, and tax-related matters, while supporting budgeting, forecasting,



and financial analysis for the group. This role will collaborate with leadership to provide insights on financial performance, support decision-making, and contribute to improvements in financial controls and processes. The position also includes coordinating with external auditors, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards and regulations, and supporting strategic initiatives from a finance perspective.

Qualifications
- Skilled qualification as a Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, and consolidation.
- Experience in statutory audits, tax compliance (direct and indirect), and regulatory filings for multiple entities or group structures.
- Demonstrated ability in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making.
