Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct consultations to understand each client's postpartum recovery needs and concerns.
- Perform postpartum therapy sessions as per prescribed treatment protocols, including body therapies, massages, and wellness treatments.
- Monitor clients' physical recovery and maintain detailed treatment records.
- Ensure clients are comfortable, safe, and supported throughout their therapy sessions.
- Educate mothers on postnatal recovery, body care, posture, and self-care practices.
- Guide clients on breathing exercises, relaxation techniques, and basic postnatal wellness routines.
- Coordinate with doctors, physiotherapists, yoga therapists, and the client care team to ensure holistic care.
- Schedule follow-up sessions and monitor client progress.
- Maintain treatment rooms, therapy equipment, and hygiene standards in accordance with clinic protocols.
- Adhere to infection control and safety guidelines at all times.
- Report any unusual symptoms or medical concerns to the clinical team immediately.




- Assist in documenting before-and-after progress (where applicable) and updating client records.
- Build strong relationships with clients by providing compassionate, empathetic, and qualified care.
- Educate clients about available wellness programs, memberships, and complementary services when appropriate.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on postpartum care techniques and service standards.
