About The Role
We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Consultant Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of full stack web solutions, encompassing Angular UI, .NET Core APIs and services, and SQL or relational databases. The ideal candidate will own solution design, making pragmatic technical decisions to balance delivery speed, risk management, cost efficiency, and long-term maintainability.



You will work on building scalable, resilient, and high-performing applications that incorporate robust observability features such as logging and monitoring, ensuring operational readiness. Additionally, you will set and uphold engineering standards, promote quality engineering practices, and contribute to Agile and DevOps initiatives to streamline delivery pipelines and automate deployment processes. As part of your responsibilities, you will embed security requirements into development and operations, collaborating with cybersecurity, risk, compliance, and architecture teams to meet HSBC’s security policies and regulatory expectations. Leading incident resolution, root cause analysis, and maintaining up-to-date architecture and support documentation will also be key aspects of your role.
