Role Description
The Data Analyst at UptoSkills will work on-site in Kaithal in a full time capacity, turning raw data into meaningful insights that support decision-making across the ecosystem. This role involves collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from multiple sources, performing statistical and analytical evaluations, and building data models that help track hiring efficiency, student employability,



and platform performance. The Data Analyst will create dashboards and reports for internal teams and external stakeholders, interpret trends, and recommend data-driven improvements to products and processes. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product, operations, and business development, will be essential to ensure that insights are aligned with organizational goals and user needs.

Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and experience in data analytics to interpret complex datasets and identify actionable insights.
- Solid understanding of statistics, including descriptive and inferential methods, to support evidence-based decision-making.
- Proficiency in data modeling and structuring data for reporting, dashboards, and predictive analysis.
