We’re hiring a Senior Product Lead to own the Australia launch of a standalone product layer for a crypto exchange platform. This role leads end-to-end product strategy, delivery and stakeholder alignment for a new Australia-focused product team working alongside an existing engineering team.

Key Responsibilities
- Own product strategy and roadmap for the Australia launch; define priorities and success metrics.
- Translate market, regulatory and customer requirements into explicit product scope for Australia-specific features.
- Drive full product lifecycle from discovery through planning, delivery and launch.
- Partner closely with engineering, design and business teams to deliver remaining product capabilities on the shared platform.
- Introduce and mature product discipline: planning, prioritization, documentation, delivery cadence and stakeholder communication.
- Lead cross-functional execution and coordinate dependencies across teams.
- Support GTM planning: launch readiness, positioning and launch communications with business stakeholders.




- Mentor and upskill junior Product Managers; establish repeatable product processes and best practices.

Must-Have
- 10–16 years product experience (11+ preferred); senior enough to influence engineering and business leaders.
- Proven experience owning end-to-end product launches and delivering 0→1 or major releases.
- Strong product strategy, roadmap definition and delivery track record.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership.
- Comfortable driving alignment without formal authority and introducing process where missing.
- Agile product management experience.

Nice-to-Have
- Background in FinTech, Crypto, trading platforms or payments.
- Experience in consulting + product environments (consulting background followed by product roles).
- GTM or launch communications experience.
- Experience launching products across multiple markets.
