Role Overview
We are looking for a Marketplace Growth Manager to own and scale our Amazon and marketplace business globally. This is not a functional role focused on campaigns, listings, or operations. This role is responsible for end-to-end marketplace, driving both revenue growth and profitability while building scalable systems for long-term expansion. You will operate as a business owner within the company, working closely with founders and cross-functional teams to take the marketplace business to the next stage of growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketplace Ownership
- Own revenue, contribution margins, and overall business performance across Amazon and other marketplaces
- Build and manage forecasts across SKUs, geographies, and channels
- Identify and unlock new growth opportunities across products, categories, and markets
2. Growth Strategy & Scaling
- Define and execute the marketplace growth roadmap
- Drive SKU-level growth through pricing, bundling, and positioning strategies
- Build repeatable playbooks for scaling high-performing products
- Prioritise growth initiatives based on impact and ROI
3.Demand Generation & Performance
- Set direction for Amazon Ads strategy across Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display
- Define budget allocation frameworks and performance targets
- Manage performance through TACoS, contribution margins, and blended metrics
- Oversee agency partners and ensure accountability to business outcomes
4.Conversion & Marketplace Experience
- Drive improvements in conversion rate and average order value
- Partner with content and design teams to strengthen listing quality and brand presence
