Critical / Essential Skills:
- Delivery discipline — ability to define requirements, use JIRA, support feature teams, manage backlogs, track actions and produce governance-ready packs.
- Data-Driven Strategy Development:
- Leverage advanced analytics, predictive modelling, and real-time performance monitoring to shape strategic decisions.
- Influence decision-making through evidence-based recommendations and structured governance
- Insight Generation & Storytelling:
- Transform raw data into clear,
actionable insights and strategic stories that resonate with senior stakeholders.
- Use frameworks such as Balanced Scorecard and NPS to optimise outcomes.
- Process Improvement & Continuous Optimisation:
- Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and best practices.
- Risk & Control Management
- Ensure robust governance and risk management.
- Customer-first thinking; attention to detail; ownership; structured problem solving; robust written communication.
- Knowledge of market trends, competitor landscape and ability to benchmark against set goals
- Comfortable using AI‑enabled tools to improve backlog quality, analysis, insights and documentation, while recognising accountability remains with Product
- Strong judgement on when to act vs when to align or escalate, particularly where customer harm or regulatory risk may arise.
